Daily rentals are permitted at the resort, provided the unit has an active City of Hollywood Vacation Rental License and $5 million general liability insurance that explicitly covers short-term rentals. All check-ins must be handled at the front desk, as resort management retains full access to the unit鈥檚 keys. Guests are required to pay applicable resort fees, a registration fee, and parking charges. However, owners and up to five designated friends or family members may use the unit without incurring resort or parking fees. This guest list can be updated once per year.
