To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests and residents, Lyfe Beach Resort enforces a set of clear rules and regulations. All guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival, as the resort retains full access to unit keys and does not allow self-check-in. Guests are required to register and pay the applicable resort fees, registration fee, and parking charges. Only registered guests are permitted to access resort amenities, and any additional visitors must be pre-approved by the front desk. Each unit owner may designate up to five friends or family members who can use the unit without incurring resort or parking fees; this list can only be updated once per year. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and disruptive behavior or noise violations may result in fines or removal. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor common areas. Pet policies vary depending on the unit and length of stay, so guests should confirm all guidelines before arrival. Amenities such as the rooftop pool, gym, and yoga spaces must be used respectfully and in accordance with posted rules. Additionally, a $2,000 refundable deposit is required from the property manager for each unit in operation. All guests, owners, and managers must comply with resort policies and local vacation rental regulations to avoid penalties or disruptions.
